Ordered Grabfood. This is what I received. No outer bag or anything. There are openings at the sides. Imagine what kind of viruses or bacteria or germs or dirt it has been exposed to. How is this acceptable? Especially during this pandemic. At least get a plastic bag or wrap to bag it or wrap it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via grabfood for chicken sampler (12 pcs of 3 different flavours). The chicken doesn’t taste nice at all, too overrated. In fact, it’s below mediocre. My friend and I really anticipated to try since they’ve reopened a branch in penang. The soy garlic flavour tasted so bland, can’t even taste any of the soy garlic flavour. Sorry to say there are other Korean fried chicken chain restaurants tasted nicer than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not offer dine in options at the moment. Only delivery and take away. The staffs are friendly & helpful. Parking is relatively easy, depending on the hour (might be more packed on weekends).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worst food here in kyochon penang compared to selangor outlets. I was so shocked that the chicken was so small and the sauces its too much and makes the chicken soggy. Eat for 2 people the price was expensive as hell (RM60+) cause the food was too "SIKIT". Price are still same but you need to self service?!. Its also don't have many choices of menu. Also doesn't come with soup like other outlets. Never gonna repeat again. It was worst dine in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look at the 1st picture attached, so this is the portion I get for 1 whole chicken honey.. worth Rm60.00.. Funny isn't it?
The 2nd picture, whole mix chicken come with 6 tiny wings, 1 drummet..and other funny parts that we know they are so random ?
Taste also ? not the same tasty chicken I used to enjoy at Gurney's outlet last time.. I won't dare to think abt Kyo chon anymore.
