★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love the services received today from JBCC outlet. My stylist was Doreen. She is truly professional, handy and super helpful in giving me tips on how to take care of my hair. Price was reasonable as I did hair cut, wash, color and scalp treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When to this salon for a haircut earlier this month. It's been my second visit here so far, and I'm very happy with the experience so far.
My stylist Jack Ng is talented and meticulous when it come to cutting my hair. He's also very personable ,attentive and chatty which makes my experience an enjoyable one. A young and talented stylist , I highly recommend you to try him!!
Will see you soon Jack for my next hair cut! =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this outlet yesterday despite being absolutely empty. Only one male stylist was available. Was told that no credit card payment was acceptable and so I agreed to transfer the amount to the business. My hair is about 6 inches long only but was charged RM 280 for rebonding. Other places charge about 180 to 220 lol ?
I just went ahead since I saw a lot of good reviews for this place online. I was not given any treatment or hairstyling once completed. I actually had to ask the stylist to help me blow my hair for me since he just dried it and it looked like some weird straight sticks ?
Tbh, I have been patronising a lot of different salons in City Square and Komtar and there will always be some kind of treatment package included and hair cutting is usually free. Over here, I was forced to pay another 20 for trimming only and my hair was trimmed like a mushroom head cuz well, cutting is NOT FREE! Apparently if cutting is needed, I will need to pay another 98!!! I spent another 50 at a different salon to actually cut my hair properly for me. And dont ask for wifi password cuz I was told NO WIFI despite having the wifi connections shown on my wifi list. This is by far the worst salon I have ever visited in my 10 years shopping at JB! Also, I transferred the amount of 300 to a personal account not a business account which is more weird ?♀️
Overall verdict : Run for your hair lol

Highly recommend you to come here if you are as persnickety as me when it comes to hair and like to do highlight and hair treatment at the same time. The result turn out so well that I am utterly satisfied. Having a discussion with Billy and sharing with him the picture of celebrities hair ideas of what I am looking for. He analyse it and I took his advice. I got exactly what i want / similar to what’s in the picture. I am in awe. I finally get what i want. I am very impressed. I know I am in good hand ?
