β β β β β The room that i received was not what I expected. There was a big hole on the toilet bathtub and when i demand to change to another room since there is a kid as well but then they just tape the hole using a cellophone tape.

β β β β β Claim that they are a 4* only be lied to. The pictures are fake and the whole apartment was discusting. Checked in then left, worst hotel experience ever. Avoid at all costs. Also said they had WiFi but didn't.

β β β β β Not really suitable for chinese, more suitable for malay and indian, feeling not comfortable to stay even just one night, and also no wifi signal, no toilet paper or tissue paper at all ?

β β β β β Facilities is awesome but unfortunately the agent didn't brief about the lift maintenance and it's make us and many other tourist stranded in lobby on day 1 check in for 2 hours (midnight to 2am).
