★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 5star hotel were aircond randomly stops working and when it works the compressor sounds like construction drill.
A 5star hotel that doesnt switch on the lights on level 6 corridor. (Thanks for the free haunted house feel good experience).
A 5star hotel that cant afford to provide working tv or soap/shampoo dispensers.
A 5star hotel that does not have any smoking rooms(told by receptionist) but false advertises as having smoking rooms in online booking sites.
The room were clean and comfortable, dated but good enough, Bed and pillows were perfect for a good night sleep.
Front desk staffs, room service and kitchen staffs were trully 5star. Their the only thing that is 5star worth.
Came all the way from muar to have a good rest before heading out to cameron. This was not the experince we were expecting. Room 0616 and the whole level 6 was creepy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the experience. Will stay here again. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Room service is great. Bedding is good. Has quite a number of facilities but i didnt get a chance to. Theres even a chinese restaurant with dim sum buffet and a japanese restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking system is terrible. The ticket machine was not functioning accordingly, did not give back the change and not even a receipt was issued due to jamming problem. The assistant or guard was not helpful at all, only a sentence "I take boleh buat apa apa". A simple and minor problem, but that show you how's the management attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for the breakfast buffet to catch up with a friend. The spread is rather average. They have local Malaysian favourites like nasi lemak and mee mamak amidst Western fare like sausages, eggs and juices.
The wait staff were attentive, and I commend them fully.
Come for a quiet environment to have a discussion, but don't come for the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27th May 10pm-11pm , check ur cctv who on duty . Counter service is not consistently. I checked in 20–23rd May . Service was nice , deposit was rm50 , room clean and everything was good .
27th May I checked in 1 night , service TOTALLY DIFFERENT…
Firstly - I was told need to pay rm150 deposit , I’m fine and curios then I asked the Chinese counter lady , oh why is different deposit amount compare few days ago? She couldn’t answer professionally.. OK FINE .. done check in , she passed me my room card and told me that’s breakfast , I totally surprised and make a confirm : My room got breakfast? She answer : yes .
Secondly - I went to level 9 and open my door .. I saw it was twin bed , so then I call reception to confirm, is a Indian lady answer it , she want me to go down counter and show her , ok fine I go down . Show her I booked from Agoda it show DELUXE ROOM AND IT STATED U CAN REQUEST KING SIZE BED AND PIC WAS SHOW DOUBLE BED … GM u need proof? I can send u thru email . Anyway , Ur counter rejected my request.. and she mention I need to check with AGODA as is not under their control. Wowww that’s answer really unacceptable, u guys ALLOWED 3rd party to sell ur hotel room and u didn’t set properly instructions and policy with all the 3rd party ? Why push the blame to 3rd party ???
Third - Fine , I just take the twin room as I VERY TIRING go up and down again , I went back room , took my shower , want to dry hair …. HAIR DRYER SPOILT OMG … I called to replaced it … is not long wait so is fine , but ur hair dryer having issue ? Why it keep shut down when Is too hot , i need wait for the hair dryer cold down then continue my drying… is took me long to dry my long hair … what a terrible night
Lastly .. after all above incident, i lost my confidence to ur hotel and staffs , I call reception to confirm my breakfast for tmw . Guess what , is a Indian lady pick up again , she checked and told me MY ROOM DONT HAVE BREAKFAST, i LAUGHED and told her ur Chinese staff mentioned my room had it , now don’t have ? IS LUCKY I CHECK IT , OTHERWISE NEXT DAY WILL BE MY BAD DAY LOL
5 Stars hotel , DO SOMETHING!

1. All staffs are very friendly and helpful.
2. Room are spacious and clean.
Bad:
1. Fridge & bath wash cannot be use.
2. The food just biasa-biasa.
So far, recommend for those couple & family staycation or honeymoon ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed overnight and find the location exceptional. Very convenient and especially near public transport. Hotel staff was most accommodating. Thava at the counter even extended my late check out time. How good is that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely need a major upgrade. Came here 10 years ago & i remembered it was nicer back then. Now, it’s definitely basic.
Got a room on a non smoking floor but once I got out of the lift, immediately smell cigarette smoke. The room is clean, but the furnitures need an upgrade. Everything looks old
During my stay it was raining, the TV lost signal. Thank God there’s a bath tub to kill time.
Got the opportunity to try the gym, the equipments there also old & basic. It’s located outside of the compound, you might get a little wet from the downpour to get there
The food at the restaurant are quite nice, but the pastry not so much. Staffs there are nice too.
