Getting to the building is a bit challenging as it depends on your Tower and Unit. The security is reasonably good and they are friendly.
Typical to other condominiums, they have swimming pool, gym and reflexology garden. The gym area is large, though I found the equipment is minimal.
I like the location as it has undercover connectivity to LRT Universiti and there is a mall next to it.

Owner is very nice, and he responded quickly to all communications.
Location is good, and quite convenient for transport.
Building has some operational issues that need to be remedied by building management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything in this building was perfectly fine except the security named Razman. So unprofessional extremely rude.
1) He snatched my guest duplicate card without any consent and didn’t listen to her explanation.
2) He spoke to my guest in a very rude way and even deactivated her ORIGINAL card . My tenants is paying around 4K rent per month expecting to be treated like an outsider with no respect?
3) called management number for so many times nobody pick up .
Suggestion: The quality of security guard needs to be improved.
