β β β β β This shop hire foreigner staff to scan customer temperature but so rude to customer and not educated at all, already check temperature with normal temp still so rude yelling at customer to stop and scan again, your foreigner staff should be the one who need double check!!!

β β β β β Massive store with knowledgeable staff who can recommend different herbs for any ailment. We bought a couple of bottles of sliced pears and some chuan pei, which was expensive at around RM$300 for a small bottle.

β β β β β I bought a 68g box (14pcs)of east Malaysia bird nest, which cost rm2535. When I returned home, I weigh those bird nest and it only weighted 60g. I called the shop and the reason given was because the bird nest will dried up over time. They claimed that when they packed the bird nest , it was 68g. This was extremely weak argument which is totally unacceptable. After a long negotiation, they told me I could exchange with other bird nest. I haven't do so because I was not in KL. Folks, be aware of the scam.
