★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What to expect...??? it's a 3 star hotels indeed..!the lobby was hot when the time we arrived.the only place in the lobby that feel cold is at the concierge...they need more air than the customer I guess...hahaha...my husband asked..why is the lobby hot...they said because there ain't customer at the lobby...or...shud I answered u want to save ur electricity?ROOM??hahaha... thank god I'm staying there for one night only...the bed is hurting my back.(you can imagine why) breakfast buffet is...so ..so...(3/10)overall...I don't expect much...To my hubby... we're going to sleep here if there's no more hotel available...this hotel is going to be the last option..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A refurbished hotel with loads of improvement needed. We stuck in the elevator ( they told us it was only for the staff but we did not see any notice). They claimed that we have exceeded the limits and caused the machine to malfunction. There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 kids + 1 luggage. But,the machine did not give any signal of us exceeding the limit. We managed to get help through the hotel mobile customer service number and we were saved after 20 minutes. We booked 2 connecting rooms. Unfortunately,one room had an issue with the toilet door,it was locked from inside. The staff came and opened the door using coins, and told my kids not to close the door,so they had the toilet door open throughout our stay. We were glad that we only stayed for one night. We will come again for a stay,but not in the near future. After all,the seaview only amazes us during high tides.

RM210/night - w/out breakfast for deluxe room
surprisingly, hotel was not crowded.
room- clean, no carpet, great view, comfortable bed, bathroom has bath tub & hot water
staff- friendly friendly friendly
pool- a bit cloudy. great view. slide at kids pool.
beach- private beach but not suitable area to swim
near to town, noticed grab rider deliver food here?,

Environment: Clean & i love the pool view + pool water is very clean? but the beach is not suitable for swim~ maybe can play sand?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price obviously higher than its worth. The bed is hard as rock. The showers broke down 3 times within a night stay. Lift broke down so we had to go downstairs to the lobby from 9th floor by stairs. The vibe is kind of dark. The pool is cloudy and the changing room is obviously has been left behind and not under maintenance. So dirty and dusty. Even looking haunted. The cleaning of other things except for rooms and lobby is not taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underrated hotel. For RM115/night, you get a basic hotel experience with a breezy sea view and pleasant staff.
Our room was decent, but our friend's room had a few issues (e.g
Door can't shut easily, one of the lamps was missing a bulb).
But considering that this is a budget hotel, I am grateful for their dedication to improve. You can feel the effort.
