★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chef took too long time to prepare the foods and he didn’t even wear mask when cooking. Just one rice they took like 30-35mins to serve. The female waiter is ok, the male waiter has bad attitude like he doesn’t want to entertain you. And they didn’t even have enough cash to give changes when i pay my meal.

I made an order at 915pm, shop only getting it starting to cook at 10pm. I don't mind having it as supper if it's my fate but I pity the GRAB Rider who has to wait for 1.5Hours just for a RM 5 fare.
The rating of yours is going down and it's going to go down further if no improvement.
Please do take this seriously as it's unfair for your customers, your brand along with the delivery guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment I open the menu, a lot of cockroaches came out. After asking the waiter for another menu and the same thing happened. Waiter didn't feel sorry nor guilty and look like it happen before. Feeling like eating at roadside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service was given, staff told that the beer can be kept with no expired date. Came to claim today and said already expired. Maximum 1month. Wrong info was given by the staff and the boss just act like nothing happened. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is rather empty , we are decided to go aheads as we are hungry. After ordered, we were served with the beer. However we waited for more than ONE HOUR for the foods despite only two table only is occupied in the whole restaurant. Services is very bad as no one bother to actually see the urgency to explained the situation nor feel apologetic towards this. One of the worst experiences that I had and definitely won’t be suggesting anyone to visit. Absolutely disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad food and unacceptable service. Waited more than an hour for pasta which we found out havent even started cooking. End up walking away and the Waiters arent even unapologetic. One of the staff was even playing pool on the job.
