★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service & SOP adherence. The staff who greeted me was very helpful & friendly. I was served by the manager that gave me really good food recommendation. I ordered Prawn & Crab Bisque Soup and Australian Angus Beef Ribeye. Both the soup and the steak was good.
Will definitely come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked away at a corner shop next to Coffee Bean at EkoCheras Mall, this “Taste by Champignons” has a nice welcoming layout which made me walk towards it. It looked cosy and I was searching for a nice place to have a chat with a friend.
So I got a table and looked at the menu - wow I love it! The range of desserts at the dessert bar also looked very amazing; I wanna eat everything.
I had light bites cos had lunch before getting here. Ended ordering a pizza, too!
My latte was nice, tho the froth dissipated quickly, but the texture and flavour were ok. I really liked my Yuzu Mocktail.
Pork sausage was authentically pork sausage with herbs. Would have preferred it to be served with Dijon mustard and gherkins, but the pickles offered were ok.
I liked the smoked salmon pizza ?
I would go back there again to try out the T-bone steak a la Florentine steak style.
Highly recommended for a chill weekend hangout with friends. Good food. Good coffee. Good Mocktail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passed-by this restaurant (after breakfast) that day, packed some macarons and decided to try their food. Macarons was rm5 per piece .. nice but too sweet for my tastebuds.
The interior ?? very warm .. lightning and decor.
H2O comes free, self service of course. Seating is good.. quiet and spaced nicely. Didn’t fell cramped. AC was also ok. Menu was also very nice., with description of the food with pics.
Ordered salad, big breakfast, fries and a cup of coffee.
Salad - very dry, thinly sliced prawns and tiny tiny portion.
Fries - was ok .. I like the condiments given just wished there were more as the fires are dry.
Big breakfast - Big? Was hoping for big but served tiny again. Disappointing to say the least, size wise. The sausages, bacon, omelette were on point. Could’ve given an extra toast with more beans (cheap stuff) perhaps. ??♂️
Coffee - I like!
Will return to try other things on the menu. Only reason I rated 3 stars is purely because of the premium price that they charged vs the portion size, food tasted great ??

Beverage wise is ok, consider with the price. A good place for you and your significant one to hangout if both of you like dessert.

Food Quality:
- Beef Burger. Not the best but not bad either. Score 8/10
- Pork Chop. The sauce is creamily nice, however the pork is a bit too chewy. Score 6/10

- Temperature is nice and cool as it is in a mall
- The design of the restaurant is contemporary
- It is a lil too dim inside the restaurant
