β β β β β i got on the bus on time, a very rude staff told me to get off because that's the previous delayed bus, that means ours was delayed too. I asked her where was our bus, she told me our bus was just parked there, did I wanna go now? I said of course, otherwise why I bought the tickets?
don't recommend anyone to take this bus.

β β β β β Today 12/12/18 I buy a ticket by online 10/12/18. Melaka to KL traveling date 15 December 9:30am. I need to change traveling time. 9:30 am to 8:00pm. I called to customer care number more then 5 time. Don't pick up the phone. They Text me for inquiry. I give information. Then no respon. Just now I go to TBS customer care. It's closed. After 30 minutes they come and open. They told me my departure location Melaka thats why I need go to Melaka counter and ask them. TBS customer care people don't know It's changeable or not changeable.

β β β β β If you take the bus from Hatten Hotel notice that the bus is not leaving from the hotel but from behind the hotel, there is no Information/ticket counter or waiting area and the hotel staff was very rude, not informative and they told us to wait on the street not in the lobby or around even though we had our tickets already. People from the shopping Mall was nicer and really helpful. Bad service. Otherwise bus is good (also expensive)

β β β β β KL-Melaka 21/12/2017 03.30pm bus. The driver drove at a safe speed but he was very rude to me because I got up and walked to the front about 3 seconds before the bus came to a complete stop. Yes I was wrong but he could have told me more politely about the safety issue instead of shouting at me. I was in a bit of a rush as I needed to go to the toilet badly. I think the staff need to be trained on good customer relations. I like KKKL but after this bad experience I do not wish to travel with them again. I have many other options to choose from.

β β β β β I travel a lot by public transport and KKKL has been consistently on time no matter my travel origin and destination. Even during holiday seasons when the traffic is heavy, the bus still arrive on time for the journey, I really appreciate the effort put in to respect its customers. Keep up the good work!
Extra plus points:
The buses I took have single seat on one side and double seats on the other, so it provides choices to travellers. The seats are also spacious so it can accommodate people of various heights and sizes. The seats are comfortable.
