★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Jason at around 8.30pm for help with a power outage. Punctual arrival at 10pm as he advised earlier, and identified burnt fuse as the cause. Replaced all the damaged parts very swiftly and sorted it all out in around 30minutes. Only thing was that cost wise they are definitely on the more expensive side, but they were also able to support 24/7 so that was the tradeoff.

They also installed a failsafe to prevent it from happening in the future. Communication was good and no complaints. Excellent service, would recommend.

I texted on a Saturday morning and they responded very quickly and were able to come check out the problem a few hours later. The technician worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally, and the problems were resolved within an hour. Highly recommended!
