β β β β β Dysfuction access card at guard house, always manualy open for resident. Not 100% secured. Unfunction management office. Even garbage problem cant solve. Almost 2 week not collect the rubbish always said lori rosak. Defect took more than 2months to be done. No TM coverage, No solution for double guard house thats is so stressful hv to get thru 2 guarded. Overall not recommended to buy house at this develepor.
