Be more alert when customer are standing and ready to order.
Customer will be really happy if staff can be more promptly to help cleaning the table from the previous customer.
Do not show your hand to ask customer wait when they call you.
Start hiring if staff are overloaded.
Coconut latte is quite unique. Taste more like coconut juice instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cafe I've been to so far. Unfriendly staff, no welcome greetings at all as you stepped inside the cafe even though they're standing just in front of the door. The cashier are very blur. Paired him with lady barista with an attitude. You can't even ask them to help you with anything.
The coffee - worst ever! Not sure how long ago was it roasted. No aroma and not fresh. What kind of cafe serve hot latte but you can't have it in ice? Very puzzling!
And if you're looking for your cuppa to be served in a cup, you won't get it here. They will always serve you in takeaway. Guess they are just too lazy to wash the dishes.
Why bother setting up nice insta worthy cafe but you can't even have the basic of good cafe - great coffee with decent service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy little café with warm comfy vibes. The upstairs chill area is great if a bit small. The chairs and cushions with all the plants surrounding you is very cozy. We went when there wasn't anybody but I think it'll feel quite cramped if there was more than 2 groups of people.
The coffee is not bad and the cakes too. Their specialty is their coconut themed drinks and coffee. If you like coconut then definitely come try their drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changkat's latest coffee shop, Elephant Republic, uses pure white tones with wood elements. The simple and pure space design will definitely let the minimalist control fragrant! The cafe specializes in specialty coffee beverages, which insist on using daily fresh pure coconut milk. The rich and smooth coconut latte and coconut milk shake are definitely a must-try!
Trumpeting its way into Bukit Bintang, Elephant Republic comes bearing a tropical treat in its trunk - iced coconut lattes, blending espresso with coconut milk, topped with coconut flakes for extra texture, a refreshing cooler that an elephant will never forget, chilling out in a calm white hideout that feels like a little getaway in the city centre. This white Elephant isn't such a bad thing after all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here today on Monday evening. If you are planning to drive here, make sure choose to come here on weekdays because the car parks are very limited, or else you need to park at nearby car parks with charges. The environment was quite nice and clean, with minimal design styles, mainly covered with white and peach color theme. Suitable for OOTD shots and Instagram posts. Menus here are mainly about coffee and tea, they also serve cakes as well. I ordered Elephant Blended (RM16.90), tasted good, but couldn’t taste the Oreo. You guys can try their hot drinks next time.

Design: loving the Muji feel as well as incorporating live plants in the design
Drinks: Coconut Latte; Elephant Blended; average good drink, nothing out of mind
Cake: Salted caramel Pandan cake, below average. Over salty and oily cream, cake body is moist but dense. The oily sensation overcomes any other impression
Service: semi self-service, order at counter and collect by selves at counter. Good idea, but preparation is slower than other place I visited. Cleaning is also much slower. I have a uncomfortable experience where 2 flies kept on stay at the same table but I don't think it's due to staff negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specialty here is iced coconut latte. The creamy sweetness pretty much overpowered the coffee. Great place to chill though. White exterior, with two floors of wood-themed interior. Merchandise for sale.
