★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached to my interview on time, I rang the bell, I was ignored for a while on my second attempt a voice told me to wait outside. (Outside - as in beside the lift - not even inside the reception place). I waited for 30 minutes clueless and feeling a bit weird to be sort of in the street.
The person who then processed my visa was helpful.
Responses over the phone or via email are not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to help a colleague to apply for Scandinavia visa after getting an appointment through email. The number of people other than the applicant himself and allowed to obtain access card is limited. Document check and interview took roughly one hour.
