★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Malay staff here are horrible, they will be rude and don't answer any questions. Im living in Ireland for many years and the Irish people are the most loving people you will ever meet. Everytime I ask to speak to a Irish they hang up it's disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst front desk for Visa when you call them. Super rude and put the call down whenever they don't want to entertain you. I was calling because my employment visa has been on hold for so long. Calling the embassy and asking on the information but the front desk don't want to give any information or being in any way helpful. So I contacted the IDA Ireland and IDA managed to get the information and informed me. When I try to call back the embassy, the lady pick up the phone and said "We already informed the IDA on your file". Before I manage to ask any question, the person put down the call. I tried to call back 8 times and they keep rejecting my call.
