★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the authentication and notarisation department. Due to MCO, only online appointment is allowed. However, appointment site kept showing error. Officers never pick up the phone. No clear instructions on the document requirements. Only place of reference is the website which is outdated and not comprehensive at all. Officer handling the email is unprofessional. After more than 30 email correspondences, documents still not finalised due to their constant and surprising request of additional documents/steps which were never mentioned previously. Officers are also not helpful as they kept asking us to refer to the website which, ironically, did not state such requirements.
