★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massage SPA should be in a quite, relax, nice enviroment...but they keep talking from begin until end! Someone open the room door few times & talking during massage. Another one is no toilet in the outlet, need to go outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst massage I ever had, at the first the masseur was scratching me with fingers and pressing all the wrong pressure points. Half way through I think she felt asleep a couple of times and she kept yawning. People opening the door and didn't even bother to close it.
The music was supposed to be soothing and it was so loud. I will never go there again. Healthland is so much better.

If you are looking for mediocrity, and don't mind a RM15 surcharge for going on a weekend, you'll find it here.
Our masseuses were friendy and did the job but my partner's masseuse was grumpy upon us entering.
Embun was suddenly cut short of water supply and we were not able to have a sauna and shower, instead of offering a substitute service, the person in charge suggested we pay an upgrade fee in order for them to substitute the sauna.
This place needs a face lift.
