★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Aroma Therapy Massage very good,really experienced staff and excellent skill.front desk will serve lemongrass tea upon arrival and finish up with hot ginger tea,absolutely recommended to those need relaxing and exotic massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My feet were extremely sore from standing a lot on the job. Went for foot reflexology and the professional therapist Yuli was very skilled in addressing the problems. The ambience is relaxing and of course the ginger tea is good. Feel so much better now!

Prices may be a bit high for some but I think the service is worth it.
Note that the masseurs tend to go with 'hard' massage, so you really need to tell them if you want it less! I would say that this is more of a remedial massage than a relaxing one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing BALI massage. I think in KL there are 2 place doing it nice. Asia SPA in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng and this one. But Asia SPA is super expensive.
I loved BaliAyu.
I talked to Cicilia from reception and she is a very kind person and Ria for the massage. Ria from indonesia and knows true Bali massage.
I tried many place in KL for the Bali massage and they are just modified Thai massage or sometimes simply random massage :D
So my new fav place is BaliAyu. Thanks to all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid rm198 for their 90mins body and foot massage package. The masseur was either very new or totally uninterested in doing his job. Endured my longest massage therapy ever. I was also a regular in their Paradigm mall n Bangsar outlet pre-MCO… standard has really dropped. The management should have never let such untrained personal serve their customers. It’s bad for the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Went personally. Booked an appointment for 3 days later. Arrived at correct date and time for my appointment only to be told the appointment was for another time. What was more frustrating was that the person who took the appointment lied and said that she called to change the timing - when she absolutely didn't. The owner simply took her word for it. Will never go there again. Perfectly acceptable that mistakes happen - but how you resolve those mistakes is what shows service quality.
