★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in process was lacking in human touch. Didn't have the welcoming vibes and lack of introductory guides by the receptionist. Tried calling front desk and room service through in room phone but no one picked up for more than 10 attempts. Rooms were however spacious enough and new. Will i come again? Probably not as there are many 5 stars out there with far better service at the same rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massage is great, totally relaxing. Got the 60 minute Relaxant massage. Free use of spa lounge area, complimentary hot tea and dried fruit and nuts for pre and post massage snacks. They provide disposable undies to wear during the treatment, should you prefer it. The treatment room had a shower that I was able to use after. Worth the trip and extra $$$ spent.
