β β β β β Not the best place to stay for short term Airbnb rentals.
Has a sad excuse of a mall whose only existence is based on the skating rink.
Most parking floors are under construction, entrance via carpark is dodgy with most entrances closed.
Food places and everything else is open based on the opening hours of the skating rink.
Not worth coming unless you wana ice skate.

β β β β β Okaylah if u wanna come here to eat. U will live lah. Easy get parking some more. Not that many people since construction still slow n steady going on. But if u want better food choice, OU is just 1km away. But have top notch skating rink, so good for them.

β β β β β Is under renovation so not much things available. Mainly restaurants are there. Can't even find the entrance for this mall but I'm guessing there will be one when it's done renovating. Ice skating rink seems nice but didn't have time to experience it yet.

β β β β β If you ever wanna rent here, please please please change your mind. The entire place is just not recommended. I lost a lot of money from renting, house agents and only to receive such poor treatment. The management (M Tower) mistakenly cut my water supply because they "THOUGHT" my unit was vacant. There was no pending bills whatsoever. This happened multiple times. Then to move in also will cause you headache because there was so many procedures for you to go thru to bring your OWN furniture to your OWN unit. The place is not ready for tenant to stay.

If you wanna own a unit or rent here, not only look at the place or unit, their management really useless and do not answering residence complains at all, just keep pushing responsibility away between tms and management office!!!! Residence that 110% upset by the management.

β β β β β How can anyone live or work here? This is truly a dystopian property development area where everything is congested into a small area space with truly depressing concrete facades. It is a subhuman property development from the pages of Blade Runner. Shame on the Selangor State Govt for approving this!
