You can hear footsteps of the upper person and the neighbors walking.
Even though the contract states that it should not be used as a hotel or guesthouse, More than the permitted number of people live in one room.My neighbor has nine workers who live like a guesthouse.
Security is Nepalese, but it works well.
Management is Malaysian, but it doesn't resolve because it doesn't handle complaints.
The voltage was also unstable and the plug exploded and burned.
