★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location.nearby jaya grocer,the curve,ikea,restaurants. But since our apartment near to guardhouse, its a bit noisy everytime the vehicles pass by. Sometimes the guard speak too loud at night when we are trying to sleep. Overall i love this area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice breezy view facing Perdana view and Armanee. Wind draft- don't need fan or air condition in rainy months of 4Q. Central location to LDP, Penchala and most fantastic RM1 bus to Mutiara SBK8 MRT station. From there reach Pavillon KL in 30 min! Amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in Block A. It has a nice open view of the greenery and over seeing Armanee Terrace. Waking distance to Jaya grocer and nearby shops. It’s pretty convenient.
Even though the flyover construction is not completed, just have to watch the timing. Otherwise it’s a rather good place to be. Security is also quite good.
Gym equipment can do a better job of an upgrade and the tennis courts too. Pools are good though not the best compared to some out there, do remember, this condo is relatively old. Management is trying their best to do a good job of up keeping.
