★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Covid Season, Been queueing for 1 hrs just to hear them say the coin machine is offline, they didn't even bother to ask the people queueing outside what they want to do, bad services ever. Don't even bother to come, wasting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped by the at 945am 5th May 22,saw the long queue of about 11pax outside the bank. So i went to Maybank next block and done my transaction with 20 mins with a queue also.
I joined the queue in rhb , after 45 mins, i m still at the queue. Aa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on 11 Jan afternoon. As it was a walk in, very long queue. Luckily the branch manager (i guess) approaching customer by customer to understand what they want to do and provide precise information. In the end he helped me activated my account and i can continue the rest of transaction online. Spent less than 40 mins there
