★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical condominium with high foreigners occupy ratio which makes the environment not really easy and sometimes can be dirty. The facilities are aged and the whole condominium looks not really well maintained. Though, there are many shops around the area so this makes living over there a very convenient life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facilities and located in commercial area where more things accessible. But major drawback is bus and train accessibility is less. I feel no good restaurants available inside where only 1 Pakistani restaurant available also not that good. Very near to endah parade mall for easy shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to reside in this place as a student in 2011. It took me 3 month to stay here and I didn't like it at all. Very small and old rooms, the building was constructed many decades ago. Not a best place in town to buy or rent an apartment. There is swimming pool, parking area, a small sport club. Very close to train station and a stadium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this condo for two years and I’ve never experienced any problems with foreigners, yet most of the comments here are complaining about foreigners. Let me just ask you something.
Who comes to the condo drunk and make problems?
Who plays loud music everyday?
Who fought in the condo couple of months ago?
Who usually takes the deposit without giving it back?
Answering these questions will open your eyes on who really makes the problems.
Please stop complaining about foreigners, we came here to study ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live here for 3 month, lift always maintenance, and security is rude. I can't stay any longer, the agent promise to change my bed maximum 2 week from when i lived there, but until 3 month they not change my bed at all. i hate when the agent always chat me about someone want to viewing my room every week and always ask me to make my room presentable!! Bad experienced ever. The rent is cheap of course, but if you want to live with comfort just search for another condo for your better life. To many foreigner in this condo
