★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite an excellent condominium with multiple facilities but this please doesn't seem so special or interesting as it used to because now they are many modern condominium with sophisticated design and architecture not to mention equipped with better facilities for social gathering or public use. Nobody is going to spend 1500 for this place to rent. Furthermore to pay for the maintenance of your whole unit is quite expensive for example the pipe is made of metal and it's more than 10 years so you might get some distinguished this order and Colour when you're using for the first time in your new apartment I advise for you to install water filter at the main of your door another thing to be willy is that you have to pay to the management upfront for any renovation installing and repairing in your unit of that condominium. Overall it's quite a hassle 2 rendall place because it does not with your money if you want to Rena place more than 1500 you better rent at one petaling condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becareful!!! The whole condo electric is expensive. 2 rooms only with minimal aircon usage (5hrs/day) will cost you 300rm electric bill. The agent or owner won't tell you about this and will hide. Anyone staying here has been fooled into this and have contract to end. ALERT!! I felt my job to tell you about it, the rest up to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there was greedy person in this condo as my parcel was lost even though there was a CCTV installed. Hope the security can keep an eye at the parcel table and make sure they just take their own parcel to prevent parcel lost' problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm owner in this place, I don't hear dogs barking at night.,but construction of the highway and expressway is super annoying as they tend to honk and make all sort of noise in the middle of the night. You gotta take the stairs if both lift broke down. And the swimming pool is STILL closed after everything, everywhere is open. When do you plan to have it open back?
