★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condominium is located next to St Regis six-stars Hotel and Service Residences . Security is good and parking lots are available at the basement. Each unit - from the 1 bedroom to the penthouses - has its own private lift, ensuring lots of privacy for its owners. On the top floor, is the facilities areas - with swimming pool, gym, bbq area - and also a fantastic, panoramic view of the KL City. Getting to KL Sentral requires a bit of walking from here and thankfully there is a covered walkway which helps you get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sentral Residences is a fantastic building which sadly I cannot recommend to anyone until the current building management and MC are changed. The idiotic rules, policies and utter lack of care for residents and guests alike make what should be a 5 star apartment feel like a 1 star prison. Don’t move here until management has been changed. For example, would you like to live in an apt where they throw out your mail after 2 days? See notification below

However the residents committee is the worst I came across, making dictatorship decision to make life for tenants difficult. Depriving the right to leave the parcels downstairs to collect later, enforcing unreasonable swimming pool regulations and in general creating unfriendly and unwelcoming environment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a catered dining at the pool side Sky Lounge. The panaroma view of KL City night scene is beautiful. The apartment is still quite new and some patching work is still on-going. The slippery surface of ground floor can be risky if one were to move fast with smooth shoe bottom, eg on raining day, rushing to catch the lift. Security guard could be relatively new or inexperience when inspecting and directing visitors. Exit signboard from visitor car park is not well placed which can caused visitors to use resident exit instead. These are minor things normally but for Sentral Residences, it would dent its rating expectation.

I have always enjoyed my experience at the rooftop swimming pool of KL sentral residence which is nicer than Marina bay sands I have tried in Singapore.
Compared to the price, we got a good deal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury apartments with Infinity pool, gym and a fantastic view from the top floor. The apartments are modern and spacious. The complex is huge and very safe as it is patrolled by security guards. You can easily reach KL Central Station by foot from level 2 through a connection which passes through some buildings.
