★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on our anniversary, the hotel welcome us with sweet room decor and cake for us. Love our room so much!
Premier King Infinity Room 4106, luxurious room design with very impressive view facing both the Twin Tower and KL tower, very comfy and very clean.
Spectacular view at Blue Sky 51 and at pool.. practically every corner of the building has a charming view.
Great location near to the hot spot, can go around only with beam or only RM5 with grab to pavillion, kl tower and klcc.
We experienced all the hotel facilities. The Aromatherapy Steam Bath, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tropical Monsoon Shower and Vitality Pool are very refreshing..
The food is also appetizing.
All staff very friendly and helpful. Rich in smiles.
We enjoyed our every moment while staying there, worth every penny we spent.
We will definitely comeback and thank you EQ for your gracious hospitality.
Highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hotel in KL, in my opinion. Perfect 5-star experience. Beats some other more expensive hotels in the area.
Genuinely warm and friendly service throughout the hotel: especially at front desk.
Room was of excellent quality: comfortable, spotless and very well maintained.
Internet was free and speedy. TV had more options than others, too.
Dining was good too. The bar at the rooftop was very special: beautiful view - but do make a booking prior to get the outside tables with the view of the Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC).
Parking for hotel guests is free and plentiful.
Do consider it whenever you are in KL: I’ll definitely be back in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly amazing and one of a kind.
Staffs were so kind even the security guards were helpful and they all greeted us with a smile!
Oh and don't get me started on the amazing (kinda expensive, no offense) food. The strawberry cake was the besstt
Rooms? Lovely, my grandma was so happy when she found the hotel room came with a small sewing kit! (with different colours to fit your outfit <3)
The TV background was soooo preety luv it
One of the staff kindly gave me my Teddy bear :)
But unfortunately since I'm only 11 I can't go to the top of the hotel (they have a bar there so it's not 4 kids)
But the swimming pool is soooo beautiful they have one for adults and short kids~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotels with fantastic amenities. Pay extra for the breakfast because the spread is delicious.
Entry level rooms are spacious too with a great bed and nice bathtub. Staff here is attentive & friendly. Will definitely come back ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel receptionist was extremely helpful to clarify things such as booking and promotion. The main website is not that informative.
We booked a deluxe room.
The feel of the room was really premium and clean. Hotel facility inclusive of gym, relaxing massage pool, infinity pool and a parlour room that come equip with sauna and other cool bath.
Dinner at sabayon was quite an unique experience for a layman like me, was as really confused by the table ethic, the waiter was kind enough to guide us step by step sincerely about the small little details.
This get away was for my wife birthday. The hotel went to extra length to decorate the room for her with a cute chocolate cake as a welcome gift! A really good gesture!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience. Amongst the many things such as hotel amenities, room decorations and location which I wish to compliment the service of this hotel came up the top. From the butler, receptionist to people at the restaurants all made us felt extremely welcome and taken care of. The little trouble that we faced with the toilet door in the room was very quickly attended to of with promptly follow up after up. We love our experience and highly recommend anyone searching for a nice hotel in KL.

Stayed in the Premier King room with a lovely view of the city and the room had all the usual stuff that you’d expect of a 5 star hotel smack in the city center. Service was really good too. Had a bit of fun trying to find the hidden ironing board and iron…will stay again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're ever contemplating on paying extra for the upgrade to Premier - I will tell you now it's completely worth it! The Premier room has a more unique (& better) layout than the Deluxe room which is honestly so refreshing. Excellent placement of bathtub with a modern design and our premier room was also facing the KL tower view which was amazing. Mini bar was also complimentary during our stay and breakfast was great. We were also given complimentary drink vouchers at the Blue upon check in and the view from the top is superb. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would rate this as our top 3 luxury hotels in KL. Keep up the good work guys!
