The processes were superb. I'm currently based in Singapore, it was recommended through a friend. My Life Codes sent me a test kit to collect my saliva and I can post it back so they could send it to the lab to generate my report - the process was simple enough and prompt. The DNA report not only allows me to change my diet and lifestyle, with their professional advices, I start with basic exercises (wouldn't take much of my time, I'm a real lazy person) and tab onto my personalized supplements, I do see tremendous improvement. I feel energetic and I'm pleased with the results so far. I'll observe and monitor a few more months and share my reviews again. All thanks to my friend's recommendation!
