★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We joined 2/11/2019 Tour to Guilin China, very satisfied with the trip especially Esplanade & China tour guide provided very details explanation on every destination, and very helpful & friendly. The hotels, the food provived from breakfast, lunch & dinner all well planned and organised with nice restaurant. Brovo, keep up the good work, me & wife definitely planning for another trip with Esplanade. Cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, didn't respond to customer's call and WhatsApp. Trip cancelled very late where we have been chasing for the confirmation of the trip. Hold customer's deposit and keep onn delaying. As of now still haven't received deposit from them.

Didn't reply to calls and WhatsApp. Cancelled our trip 1 month before the departure date and kept on delaying our confirmation even though we kept checking with them. They held on to our deposit and kept on delaying the refund procedure. Very very disappointed with the service.
