★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never got the chance to consult the doctor. I’m sorry but the receptionist service is terrible. The least they can do is smile, but I got a cold silence and they didnt even spare a look. Thats not how you treat patients. The doctors maybe nice and professional but not the receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomema takes more than 5 days!! Avoid this clinic for FOMEMA. I called only then he check the xray. Otherwise left the xray and keep us waiting. Not recommended at all.

Came in at 2pm (right after clinic break at 1-2pm which is clearly stated at its front door).. we were the first patient at that time..registered and waited more than one hour for the dr to arrive!!!dr did not arrived until after 3pm!! Lousy, horrible and unacceptable.. will NEVER come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at clinic around 8.10 am as in Google showed it opens at 8. Upon arriving, receptionist told that doctor will only come at 8.30. we proceed with registration and went out for a while then came back just slightly after 8.30. We waited until 8.51 still no presence of doctor. plus, While we were waiting, we overheard a guy who just came in to register, he asked if the doctor was in or not, and if the doctor is still not in, he will just leave. Which sounded like it wasn't the first time he experienced it at this clinc. So we just went off to other nearby clinic. Maybe doctor had something urgent to handle or whatnot. But please do improve on this when you can, patients would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse, doctor and reception is not friendly at all. . Brought my grandfather for his booster. . All the old people were waiting outside for the clinic to open. . They should have known better to at least be on time or be early 10 minutes to prepare. . Dah la kena tunggu kt luar without any chairs, dah masuk kena tunggu lagi. . Xde no giliran or anything. . Letak ic je atas counter. . Shouldn't have make this place as a booster shot. . Not recommended at all. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did RTK today, staff was very nice, soft spoken during call and whatsapp. Appointment for afternoon slot. Register and payment before swab RM60. Can do online or cash. Wait at tent outside, it's a bit hot but it's Malaysia guys haha so no problem. Did the swab at the tent and will get result in 1 hour by whatsapp. Good experience for 1st time RTK??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service from staff, not professional and not friendly at all. Called them at 11am asking about vaccine for my kid (1 person), they told me to call them back at 3pm. At 3pm I call again, the person who answered my call said "datang je la, tapi datang sebelum pukul 5pm ye", 3.40pm I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist (who confortably laid on the chair while playing phone before I arrived, don't even bother to change her posture to greet her customer) said they don't have vaccine for my kid because they cannot open 10 vaccines just for 1 customer. Doctor should teach their staff to be more profesional or replace them with a better person.
