★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here to renew my house insurance and they were doing what ever to get thing done. There were four counters and all of us were waiting for our turn. I was finally call up after 40 minutes. The lady who I attended to was kind and did the at most for me. Simply want to thank the staff here for doing as fast as possible even though they were fasting. I guess they new their job and no break time because many were waiting. Thumbs up and keep up the good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super incompetent staff. Ultra poor communication & customer service. Double Charged my card for insurance and did not cancelled the payment for almost two weeks. They said they cancelled but the bank said otherwise. Did not understand their OWN SYSTEM. Went to JPJ for road tax only to know that etiqa have yet to activate my insurance. Unnecessary stress for nothing. This incompetent establishment does not fit to be in subang. GTFO.

kindly come early as waiting line can be long. Currently the place is closed due to (not total) notorious Covid 19 lockdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First customer of the day. Be prepared to be called by name as they used NRIC reader to record visitors. The customer service officer is friendly and patience in answering my questions, maybe because there's no other people waiting. So it pays to be there early in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location appears to be no longer operating. Signage stated as CLOSED. Contacting the call centre is difficult. Promised to call by the centre was never fulfilled.. Emails received no reply. Poor show by an Islamic concept insurer. Cannot imagine what the claim process is like. ?
