Staff members should NEVER tell the customers what to do!! I was VERY AWARE of my sister's pregnancy and morning sickness and am always ready to assist her with anything she needs! I was waiting for her to settle the bill at the counter and to collect the items she purchased when an elderly staff approached me from behind, telling me to help my sister collect the items from the counter. HELLO!!! I DON'T NEED INSTRUCTIONS FROM ANYONE!!! I was merely waiting for the bill to be settled before collecting the items from the counter! Honestly, I really wanted to yell at that elderly staff for being a busybody...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the experience male staff (always with jacket) very lcly and rude when explaining products to customer, if you didnt follow his advice, he changes his tone as if you cant afford to buy.. ask him keep skin la... Hello, is only EYS, dont think you so ATAS okay.. the management got to train the staff, if the staff no heart to entertain customer ask him go do back end job rather than "pour rice".. as a member of EYS, i am happy with the product but not the experience i had with this branch..
