★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to check the cashier. My luggage is consider large 25 inch but she charge me extra large price which is 26.5 ringgit. And then i check another customer she charged 31.8 but she type as 26.5 ringgit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To avoid scratch I wrap my cabin bag.. It is considerd small bag. But I was charged for medium (rm16) by staff (Indian uncle) and no receipt given. The uncle insisted the small bag sized below his ankle. Yes it sound ridiculous. But get ur facts right uncle. I know u desperate but this isnt right. Ur staff ruining ur company reputation and u just loss a customer.
