★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, wanton soup tasted like ajinamoto.
Not so fresh of those prawn dumplings.
Fried rice beef is not bad, smells good BUT the beef is hard which very difficult to chew.
Overall quite a bad experience eating in KLIA2 :(

We came in the morning. Customer service is fairly ok. The worker was little tired. Still they managed to serve good.
PRESENTATION:
Food presentation was pretty good. With wooden platter for some dishes.
PRICES:
Little pricey but still were not up to standard.
Overall TASTE:
Very different from Hong Kong food I guess.
Taste is not up to real dim sum. I am from Ipoh but am able to compromise on taste of I travel elsewhere but this place particularly need to reconsider how dim sum is made in the kitchen.
Wan ton Mee probably is Maggi Mee. Steam bread is not good. So so. Coffee is out. My iced tea was very strong and bitter.
Very little detail and quality are put into food.
Hope the management can rethink how the food are made and taste of food comes out. I apologise for the hard comment but I believe things can get better around as there are close competitors around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is way way below average, went in and no one served, 90%of the food we tried to order out of stock, and the worse part is we only being told out of stock after 20 minutes we sitting in there.
The waitress just wanderring around minding her own business before I reminded her that we still waiting for our order, then only we being told the food is out of stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is pretty good. Ordered the fried smoked duck. Their service is horrendous though. From the moment I went in, no one wanted to serve me. 1 male staff and what it seems like his manager were busy with money. To the point that a walk in customer doesn't matter. I didn't mind it at first but the cherry on the cake was when after I wrote down what I wanted and passed to the staff, he nodded in acknowledgment and never keyed in my order. I had to wait 30 minutes for a dish and white rice in an almost empty restaurant. Best is when they charge me 10% service charge. I only gave an extra star cause the food was decent. Rubbish staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service - went there around 9am and all the staffs seems tired (perhaps due to fasting month), one of the staff is having runny nose and holding the tissue on her hand while taking our order without wearing mask.
Food wise - Ordered polo bun and wantan noodle. Both below average and nothing to shout out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The polo bun only taste normal. Butter not like very outstanding and the bun itself a bit too soft. Doesn’t taste outstanding.
Also order the minced chicken wantanmee, the chicken doesn’t taste fresh and a bit too chewy. Not really recommend
