For those foreingner who plan to stay there for vacation purpose please do ask either your deposit will return same day by cash or transfer via online after checkout few hours later after checkout the receptionist didn't inform customer earlier. Unprofessional attitude while dealing with customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as what im expected before arrival . by looking in picture the room was very comfortable and im make booking for 4 days ?
When im arrived, im welcomed with very bad smell inside the property..
its come from toilet drainage..
after that im seat on the sofas also got some smell.. its not the reasonable... maybe i should find another's property to stay in...for my 2nd day stay...im asking the owner to send some housekeeping staff to throw up my rubbish because of full in the dustbins..then they asked me to throw it by myself..then what im paid for ? to be continued in other reviews..thanks

Coming here with 5adults and 2childs.
Smooth check in with depo RM100.
The only things need to advise here are about the parking and need to book for pool.
Swimming pool at 3A floor.
But pls prepare with clinggy security. Especially at pool area.

Room quality subpar for RM300/night. No internet provided & spotty mobile line coverage. Parking so limited for guest. Lift from 5 only 3 is functioning. Facilities such as tennis & swimming pool need to be book first before used. You cannot simply jump in the water (pun intended).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness of the house was poor especially the kitchen and the toilets. The toilet seems like haven't been cleaned for quite some time and very smelly. The toilet smell have affected on one of the room. The room smell so bad. The water pressure in the shower is low. No parking provided for the visitors. You have to pay RM 10 to the valet and it is first come first serve basis. The air condition only work in one of the room, for the rest of the house you can only feel the air blow from the air cond. I hope the management will look into this matter.
