โ โ โ โ โ Safe place. Gates are closed because outsiders tend to park in. Need to hon for the guard to open gate. Clean place with ample parking space for customers.

โ โ โ โ โ A self storage service that is open 24/7. Decent rates and good support staff. Password to enter the facility and a bring-your-own-lock policy makes it very convenient.
A giant caveat is that getting to it is a pain in the ass as the entrance isnt accessible directly from Sentul side.

โ โ โ โ โ Not sure what standards to have for rating a self-storage space but here goes:
General area is clean, ample parking space, multiple flatbed trolleys provided by the entrance, staff are friendly and sanitizers are provided at the entrances.
Only gripe would be the long registration time as most of the processes are manual. But hey you only need to do it once, and subsequent rental payments can be done online.
