Been informed by my supplier that I need to collect my company parcel at Shun Tatt Segambut and supplier also told me I donโt need to pay a single cents for the transport charges because her company will pay for it. Well, so I go and collect the item, but the things is not as smooth as what my supplier told me. The staff there ask me to pay RM10 for transport charge. Yes itโs only RM10, and I actually donโt mind to pay by myself if they are using friendly way of communication. But theyโre not!
The boss (I guess heโs the boss there) look so unfriendly, and the way he communicate with customer is like customer owe him few thousands ringgit! Speechless......??โโ๏ธ
Not even worth a star. Thanks and bye.
