โ โ โ โ โ NO TRANSPARENCY BETWEEN ALL PARTY !! THE CUSTOMER, THE COURRIER, THE SYSTEM. My order got failed attempt delivery ANDD the the COURRIER ( WHICH IS LEX SEGAMBUT ) reason is becoz "CUSTOMER INSTRUCT TO POSTPONE"..i never told such thing !!!!
Supposed to be receiving my order on the choosen date, plus, my order status that date is "OUT FOR DELIVERY". Im waiting receive it. But got failed attempt delivery. With reason "CUSTOMER INSTRUCT TO POSTPONE".
WHERE IS THE PROOF THAT I TOLD LEX SEGAMBUT TO POSTPONE MY DELIVERY ?!!
Plus, i did contact lazada customer service live chat to check what is my order status.

โ โ โ โ โ Not sure if the workers here even do their job. Parcel gets stuck here frequently, estimated timeframe is no use since it keeps getting pushed back, can't even cancel the order once it's shipped.

โ โ โ โ โ This is ridiculously slow. The parcel has arrived on 30th March, and should be delivered latest by 11th April. I have waited till day, 15th of April! No news at all?

โ โ โ โ โ i can't believe how unprofessional Lazada team and LEL express team handle my parcel.Almost two week still can't deliver my parcel and give so many reason and no update status or estimate delivery date fail.i want to give zero star but that not posssible and no option for zero star

โ โ โ โ โ Lazada has closed down most of the 3rd party dropoff points for sellers, creating much inconvenience to sellers. Sellers now have to purposely drive long journey to Lazada Logistic Hubs to drop off parcels. I dropped off my parcel in Lazada Logistic Hub in Segambut. But my parcel is stuck in the Segambut Hub for 5 days without any movement and update. My buyer now plans to cancel the order. Lazada, if you can't handle incoming parcels, just outsource the task to 3rd party. What a letdown!!!
