β β β β β Extremely poor service and worse is showing inpatient temper to an old patient. What a disgraceful attitude of so-call a specialist. Totally unrespectful to patient. Highly not recommended. Good bye and good luck.

β β β β β Not many patients and yet very slow service (waited for 1hour and 40minutes) for less than 2 minutes eye check. Charged 100 and worst only take cash. Not even an eye drop given. Unfit to call itself a specialist centre. Highly NOT recommended!

β β β β β I remembered the last visit to the clinic was about 15 years ago, and until today, the clinic service system is still the same and poor, they do not allow you to make phone call appointment and you need to be in the clinic to get the appointment confirmation (even the appointment is already confirmed with your previous visit) by showing yourself in the morning and go to the clinic again in the afternoon to wait for your time to see the doctor, imagine how much trouble you can have especially for senior people that needs their kids to send them to the clinic. Also, they do not accept credit card, online transfer payment, whatever cashless payment except cash, so you have to bring few thousands to the clinic before the surgery. As a summary of my comment, if you want to pay and get frustration, this will be the place in Klang.

β β β β β As a doctor, i really wish that the doctor can be empathetic and understood more (x10000) his patient/ customer's need, not putting himself first.
The patient/customer not only need your specialties but also your humanity. Both will be judged by your patient/ customer. Highly not recommended!
