β β β β β Highly recommended. It never occurred to me to try therapy before but I'm glad I did. It has helped me grow and I am better at managing/organizing my thoughts and strong emotions now. Charges are pretty affordable for KL/Damansara area. If you need a safe space when you're feeling lost, do give this a try

β β β β β I had a good experience with during sessions, I believe their team are well trained as they addressed my personal concerns and helped me manage my emotions and widen my perspectives. They charge relatively affordable compared to other psychiatry facilities. The location is quite secluded, but it also provides a safe space for me to share my concerns. Would recommend it to anyone who would like to give it a go

β β β β β Very rare can you find really good and well trained therapists, but I truly believe MY Confidential is one of the rare ones that do. I know I have a safe place to go to to talk and process through my emotions and trauma in the past and while the process has been painful at times, I feel and know I am progressing towards healing. It's almost like removing a bandaid on an infected wound and placing antibiotics or antiseptic on it - it would hurt in the beginning but you know it'll heal eventually. Thank you very much!

β β β β β I was that kind of person who never believe in therapist or needed help. Until I feel it is time for one. After each session, I felt finally some senses was knocked in my head, being able to understand who I was, who I am, my reactions, basically putting you in the right perspective. There were some role plays, which I feel is a powerful tool for anyone to understand their reactions better. I was slowly able to see, feel and process things differently. I would highly recommend if you have days where you feel lost.

β β β β β Therapist was able to point me in a clear direction quite efficiently, the session felt very natural and comfortable, not clinical and stiff. The session brought me a different view of what i thought therapy to be previously, in a positive way. The goal of being able to self-sufficiently manage is great and it was worth the visit.

Perception of majority of Malaysians i know donβt believe in counselling or therapist because they are afraid of other pplβs judgements & donβt think itβs necessary. Taking care of your mental health and well being is important for you and others. I met Johana at MY Confidential and she made me feel comfortable to express myself and i felt safe. It is a safe space. Felt as if iβm talking to a friend. Iβve managed to deal with a lot from the sessions with her. She provided techniques and tools which was helpful. She has managed to make me understand myself more. I highly recommend for those seeking counselling or just a listening ear. It will make such a difference.
