Dan cara korang bercakap ni tersangat takde adab. Korang ni bercakap dengan customer tau bukannya kawan-kawan sendiri. Being friendly doesn’t mean you have to be rude. Aku tak rasa bukan aku seorang yang dilayan buruk macam ni.
To the supervisor & boss of Family Mart Bukit Bakri Muar, please teach your staffs how to communicate with customers properly & teach them with manners. Thank you.
 Bukit Bakri Muar Family Mart staff is really rude eh? I don't know what these people are joking about, but do they need to make things worse in front of the customer themselves? And the way you talk is very rude. These people talk to customers, not their own friends. Being friendly doesn’t mean you have to be rude. I don't think I'm the one who was treated badly like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly rubbish service and poor delivery of selling info. It seems like this branch only prioritises selling oden to customers while I had been standing at the non-oden counter for 15 mins. There were four employees there, but none at the non-oden counter despite noticing few customers standing there. They even failed to inform the in-waiting customers at the counter that sofuto had been out of stock. I hope they could improve better since this was first visit here.
