★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is too friendly and very talkative with customers so it makes other customers wait a long time. There were only two customers at a time but it made me wait up to half an hour. Please improve the way it works and don't make customers wait long.

I went to the Bukit Bakri J&T and drop off my parcel (order from tiktok) on 04.Apr, however when the second day I go back to this shop to drop off another parcel, the staff call me and bring out the parcel I drop yesterday, they just inform me the J&T AWB# can't scan and return the parcel to me, I've ask what is the reason can't scan and they not really answer my question and just said "tak tahu"
After that I went to the Jeram J&T and successful scan the J&T AWB# and drop off my parcel.
