When we call to follow up she shout at customer, not punctual at all.
Order at 1015am, distance within 3km only.
I said to reach before 12pm, she said cant and I ask why, she shout at me and said she is very busy. very very rude attitude.
she said before 1215pm will reach, however until 130pm still havent reach.
What kind of fast food service is it?
Call her to follow up status, she just answer and said now doing then hang up the call.
Call again, she refuse to answer. WE call again, she shut down the phone already.
Not responsible at all.
We are factory working staff, lunch time hour only 12pm - 1pm.
Usually we purchase bulk order from them and they will deliver to us.
However, today they cant help and we cant have our lunch, also her attitude very very rude.
We have to wait until 530pm only can have our meal.
We are all starving because of Marry Brown Bukit Bakri.
Please take action of this worker, unsatisfy at all.
Please don't expect we order again if we dont receive any respond from you guys.

And yet i get my food is totally cool without any warm.
Furthermore, they provide rude service when giving me a call.
