★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queue so long. Even buying simple things like Twisties you have to queue like 5 minutes. It's true as what my friend say, the management need to be really wise to know how to handle Oden buyer and those buying other items. Most of us are hold up by the Oden buyers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite convenience chain in town. It's a small branch. Limited items. Best place to get a quick coffee fix, fresh ground Arabica beans means great coffee at unbeatable prices. And the ice cream is a must try. A tiny amount of seating.
Accessibility: not suitable for wheelchair users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese convenience store franchise chain, you can get some frozen food such as Japanese bento and rice and heat it up for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. friendly staff and clean environment. They have prepare some tables and chairs for you to have your food. Their Matcha ice cream is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite places to run in for the 'multiple ever changing trend following' soft serve sundae. Its not that costly either for a good ice cream treat.
So far I recalled the best flavours were some purple cheesecake, but that was aeons ago. The dalgona coffee didn't quite hit the mark though. The Belgium Chocolate was quite chocolatey.
All in all it started with the spicy oden. Who could ever forget the faster than fast yong tau foo inspired dish, lolz! A 'fast' food indeed! Then it blossomed to the many eye catching unique treats around the stores.
Clean and spacious ambience especially now that dining in is no longer allowed.
Normally we only see 1-2 workers on duty and they are quite efficient with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review is only on Family Mart creme brulee sofuto. First impression look kinda ok. You can see that they poured some sort of sugary powder onto the ice cream to give that “burned” look. Overall taste was ok. Not sweet at all. I give it a go but would come for a second try if I passing by Family Mart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bringing in a variety of Japanese fast food items to this fancy convenience store has made it busy with food counter service with a single staff. The 3 other staff were happily enjoying their break, ignoring the long queue. Cannot blame such poor service attitudes at low wages by QL Group, where the focus is on profits not people. The dry goods section were so poorly stocked that even the staff was clueless that eggs were not available.
