The cashier didnt even look in your eyes and use pointing fingers to communicate..bad bad communication skill

Table provided is quite dirty.
Always packed of people due to slow services.
Not recommended for quick bite but if there no people, you can go for it.
Price is slightly more expensive than other family mart. I think because of it is located in the airport.

β β β β β I know it early morning, but good service is your duty too!! Cashier (Hidayuh) she showing me a bad face coz i was adding my order for coffee latte, you tell me the total before i want saying my order for coffee, you should know since ordering drinks is in the same counter! ??

β β β β β Canβt believe thereβs a Family Mart in klia2 now! Havenβt been to this airport in several years and I was pleasantly surprised. Now I can pick up reasonably-priced food and snacks before my flight here. They had a great selection of onigiris, rivaling what is typically found at a Japanese conbini. I also got a soft serve ice cream which was a good size.

β β β β β This Branch have to teach their staff to have some manners. Extremely rude when responding to the customer.
Requested for a corn oden soup. But I didn't know it was finished, and I could hardly hear him as he speak so softly. So I repeated, to have a corn set. He replied in a very unsatisfied manner "HABIS SUDAH" and gave me an uneasy look.
I was stunned. So I just proceed to request to have fish cake. He replied "mana Satu fish cake, saya tak tahu".
I gave up, just point to the choices which I wanted, paid up and left.

β β β β β Lousy experience and rude staff. I understood its early in the morning but canβt you be more helpful. Waiting more than 30min for the oden to cook and when i check it it still being cooking for god knows.
