★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monday, december 13th 2021, 4PM. Wah this lady at the cashier so rude, I specifically said I wanted the most left pretzel because it looks as if it was just hot out of the oven. But she purposely took the middle one, as said "Ini semua sama sajer". Like dafuq, ko bayar ker aku bayar n. Tibeh. Habis bayar xpandang pun, dan x pass makanan kat kita, letak atas meja jer. Walaowei I come buy attitude not pretzel izit. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they are trained to be slow at serving customers. Waited about 5 mins per customer when they didn't even have to cook. It is all ready already but they are so slow!! Dumbfounded by the speed of service.
