★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ask for crispy chicky but one of the staff said it's not ready with an arrogant attitude while doing other thing(not really entertain customer). It's not that what i ask is unavailable or sold out but they NOT READY which is in my understanding she is too lazy to get it out of the packaging and reheat it. Staff really bad attitude with no smile..entertain customer like we owe them something. Please train your staff properly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can get really busy during lunch hour, staff are helpful but do expect to wait just a little bit more sometimes. Always get onigiri & oden from here on days where I want to grab a quick lunch/snack.

It is quite a small Family Mart outlet, but they have everything of the usual. It is located at the corner, quite out of sight, so might be tough to find for first timers. The staffs are helpful. Located within Intermark Mall, just beside the San Francisco coffee.
