★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really frustrating with huawei product.. Don't buy huawei products.. Huawei handphone can last long for 1 year only.. After done warranty they will nt going to responsible even though its manufacturing defect.. Service centre will blame product quality and will suggest u to refer call centre once u refer call centre they will blame service centre..u will nt get solution until the end.. No more huawei after this..

Environment very hostile for fresh grads. Seniors work like zombies who doesn't help to cultivate future potential employees. Job suitable for robots only, humans no need to apply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I wanted to rate zero star to the Huawei Mid Valley. My niece asks me to buy her a new phone which is Y9 Prime which she saw through Lazada. My expectation was the mobile will come with few gifts as stated in Lazada Huawei Official store. I did verify with the staff what comes in the box and if there’s free gifts too. The staff said yes and mentioned what comes in the box. It’s a very quick transaction as I’m pretty sure what I need. After I paid, I asked where the free gifts are and he said there’s no free gifts. I was shocked! He should’ve explained it properly! I regret buying this! I should have bought it from online store instead! This is a really bad customer experience. I know you need sales and commissions but don’t lie to your customer! What comes around goes around mate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought Vision S 65 inch. a total waste. was given skyworth android box as free gift. apps mostly not compatible. cannot refund or return. free gift (freelace pro) was not given with order. have to wait 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy Huawei phone. Mine is barely a couple of years old the on off button is flat. I have a Samsung and that lasted 7 years no problem. Stay away from these phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Pavilion Bukit Jalil staff. Hua Wei just open in this mall lately, as 1 of my scope job. I have to assist and arrange the task from Marketing Department. Once the Mall promo over, it's my task to collect every tenant in the mall from Level 1 till level 5. The young Chinese guy tall skinny wearing dark blue jacket so arrogant and rude for no reason which I do my job to The rest act busy and ignorance but no customer that time. It's end up disappointment & embarrassing me in front of the shop because no cooperation given and to be honest...manners and attitude is matter for every level position you been into. Thank you..Have a nice day...
