Bad service and slow. No specialty even you are buying business class ticket. Very disappointed

Spent a total of almost 5 hours waiting without achieving anything but dissapointment at MAS airline office at NuCentral today from 3:20pm till I left dissatisfied and dissapointed at 8:15pm despite purchasing flexi- ticket. I have not benefited in any way paying extra for the economy flex thus far. So it seems like it's just a scam. Obviously economy ticket holders are not important as all counters were servicing business class ticket holders, hence the very very long wait. No warning was given when purchasing excess baggage that it would be forfeited when changing dates!! Another scam! I have lost confidence in MAS.

It's shameful, you changed my ticket several times, I had to return to Bangkok on April 12, you changed for April 11 and a few hours later for a return on April 14, you are incredible Malaysia Airlines, you are champions, who will pay for my hotel nights, who will pay for the modification of my other Bkk to Samui ticket which was scheduled for April 12, I ask you to cancel and refund my ticket plane, I don't want to travel with Malaysia Airlines anymore, you are the shame of the worst airlines I have known. I advise you never to travel with Malaysia Airlines. Very bad and incompetent Customer Service.

A true test of patience. The only time the numbers go by quickly is when people gave up and left after waiting for hours. There should really be more staff here attending to customers.

Been chasing Malaysian Airlines for a call back for 3 weeks and they don't call back. Very poor customer service and I will never use them again. Also I have a business class ticket and this is the poor service I get. Don't waste your money on this airlines...

Not only worst airline but worst Malaysian company. Flight canceled and I called more than 7 times each time waited between 20 min to 1 hour. A few times managed to speak to their representative but line cut off half way. I dread each time I need to call them.

Peak hours in the morning. Waited for 2 hours (Friday morning). But otherwise staff attended to my issues efficiently. The last time I came in the late afternoon I waited for just 1 hour (weekday). So this waiting time seems very variable. There’s some benches outside Parkson where you can sit.

I was quite apprehensive when I read recent reviews about the long wait times and poor customer service. A bit of a complicated itinerary meant that I had no choice but to go in person to the ticketing office. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with my overall experience. My token number was 5 numbers from the one that was last called. The seating places for waiting customers are limited and not adequately spaced so I waited outside. My wait time was about 20 minutes which was not too bad. They had 5 counters operating and some appear to take longer than the others. Probably depends on the nature of the customers' request, I guess. I was serviced by Ms. Haidi who was simply excellent. She was extremely courteous and demonstrated great attention to detail always double checking with me on name spellings, dates, gender etc. She also showed good awareness of the current aviation situation in the country that I was booking to travel to. The overall booking process was very smooth, fast and well explained. My compliments to the MAS ticketing team and keep up the good work.
