All of FamilyMart Malaysia's food service and ready-to-eat selections are made with halal ingredients only. The service is currently in the midst of the halal application process with JAKIM. The products available in FamilyMart that are Halal certified will carry the Halal logo on its packaging.
For products that are imported from Japan, Korea or Taiwan, the product ingredients will be vetted to ensure that no haram ingredients such as pork, lard or alcoholic substance were used. Customers will be able to read the ingredients information on the food or drinks packaging before purchase to ensure hassle-free consuming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girl cashier is rude, unfriendly with 1st time customer ordering oden. It's was my 1st time ordering oden, at that time it's only us there, when ask how to order she say read the menu. I was shock. I will bad mouth this joint, no wonder this joint have such a bad review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 12pm on saturday 19 june 2021 to try out the new sofuto flavour (gianduja choc hazelnut) and when i was going to pay cash, your malay male staff informed me that if I pay using t&g the ice cream will be rm1 instead of the usual price. So helpful and friendly. Very very appreciative of the info and service provided.
